Lori has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for nearly 30 years. Growing up on a small island in the Columbia River with a bridge to Washington and a ferry boat ride to Oregon it only makes sense that Lori is licensed in both Washington and Oregon.
Just after Lori’s 5th birthday a tragic fire burned down her family home. The same home that her Norwegian great grandfather had built to raise his family and the same home her father grew up in. This tragedy affected Lori to where a home is not just brick and mortar to her and “real estate” means much more than a transaction. So doesn’t it make perfect sense that Lori would become a real estate professional seeing potential in every home, in every price range?
Lori began her career in Southwest Washington, marketing and selling residential, commercial, as well as, development properties. Lori transitioned into owning her own offices and managing real estate offices. Lori's offices and the agents she trained consistently won performance awards for high sales volume and production.
This is no easy task for a single mother with three daughters!
In the early 90's Lori moved to the Bay Area of California to be near her younger sister’s family and her mom and dad. There Lori began a small business called "Deliberate Focus" which trained in all aspects of real estate from sales to financing to escrow. Her passion being “deliberately focused” on strong ethics and high standards for all real estate professionals.
In the late 90's when Lori’s daughters were becoming teenagers she moved back to Washington to find better schools for the girls and there she managed a 70 agent Century 21 office in Vancouver. She soon became a Certified National Trainer for Real Net Real Estate Training Services traveling all around Washington and Oregon leading Real Estate Seminars and Classes.
Lori’s girls are now beautiful grown women and Lori finally found “Mr. Right” (Jay Hinrichs). Jay and Lori are having a blast developing property and building homes in the Portland Metro area, from Seaside to Hood River and beyond. Lori is currently focused on marketing and selling real estate in both Oregon and Washington! Lori continues to be a top producing, knowledgeable Broker!
With Lori's background and experience, she has superior negotiating and problem solving skills, which are invaluable in making great real estate investment decisions!
Lori’s services will move you!

Let Me Be Your Real Estate Guide.
Hi, my name is Michael Galvin Jr. I am a Broker with Soldera Properties and also a firefighter for over 29 years. (soon to be retired!) I was born and raised in the Oregon City area, which makes me a “True” Oregonian! I have an amazing wife and daughter. My background in real estate began at age 18 when I purchased my first home. At that time I began acquiring rental properties and also started my own construction company. I have done complete home restorations as well as build and sell new homes. During the past 30 years I have been actively buying and selling rental, vacation and investment properties.
I feel that with my unique professional and personal background, I can provide my clients with a more progressive, fresh view on all aspects of their real estate needs. Being in the “Customer Service” business as a firefighter I KNOW the importance of truly taking care of my customers.
I am always available to answer any of your real estate questions and help with any of your real estate needs!
Being in the sales and service industry for many years at a local screen printer, I learned that I loved customer service and working with people. When I changed careers in 2009, I combined 20 years of experience owning rental properties with my passion for helping others and decided Real Estate would be a blueprint for success.
My mother was a Realtor and I watched her create life-long relationships and friendships with her clients, little did I know it might run in the family or how much I would enjoy a career in Real Estate. There is nothing like the feeling of handing my customer the keys to their first home or helping a client purchase an investment property to aid them in reaching their financial goals. As an investor myself, I believe in the power of real estate for building wealth and love to help people open new doors of opportunity.
I understand the concept of “home” and a place where people can work, relax, learn, grow, worship, and rejuvenate. We often have company and there is almost always something cooking in the kitchen, we have a big garden at my house and there is plenty to go around.
As a Portland native, I love this city and do my part to "Keep Portland Weird". Of course I enjoy dining out or hitting up the many food carts, hiking or biking on local trails, and venturing out to the mountains or beaches with my family and our Siberian husky. I'm an artist and enjoy painting. I also enjoy playing with interior design and color..so if you want my opinion - just ask.
If you are new in town I'd love to show you around. If you've lived here all your life like myself or just a short time… you'll agree with me that Portland is amazing.

The personal finance guru Dave Ramsey has said, “When getting help with money, whether it’s insurance, real estate, or investments, you should always look for someone with the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a salesman.”
I couldn’t agree more.
I began my career as a high school teacher, and I still have a passion for teaching and learning. As a real estate broker, I know my clients don’t need someone to convince them to buy or sell; what they need is someone to educate them, counsel them, and help them make the best decision possible. As a realtor, I am a facilitator, negotiator, counselor, and fiduciary—but rarely, if ever, a salesman.
I live in West Linn and I am plugged into that micro-market, as well as other surrounding communities in Clackamas County. I am also well-versed in other Portland neighborhoods and suburbs—from Wilsonville to North Portland, and Forest Grove to the Gorge.
I am happily married with 3 young children, and enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and reading history and memoirs. I take pride in giving back, and do so as the current Board President for a local non-profit called Historic Willamette: A Main Street Community. We promote economic vitality and development in West Linn’s historic business district and surrounding neighborhoods.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with your real estate questions and needs—even if buying or selling is months or years away. You can reach me at email@example.com, or on my mobile phone: 503.505.4334.

With a strong passion for helping people reach their goals, David began his career in real estate shortly after graduating from Hudson’s Bay High School in 2014. Customer service is what drives David, and helping people find their new home is why he has such a strong work ethic.
Although a young agent, David is very knowledgeable about credit and how first time home buyers can get into their first home. Recently going through the first time home buying process himself, he can relate to some of the highs and lows of being young and a home buyer.
When David isn’t assisting his clients, he can be found spending time with his fiancé, 4 and 3 year old brother and sister, family and two cats. With a strong interest in technology and always curious to know how things work and why, he is a frequent user of Google, finding out why things happen the way they do. When asked what his quote was, he responded “Question Everything” – Euripide, and “Dude Be Nice” – DBN Project.
Kristi Kienborts (or KK as she is often called), found her love for Real Estate when she purchased her 1st home in 2002. Since then she pursued her real estate career in the industry starting in the resale market. She hit the ground running selling quite a few homes the first year and never looked back! Since then she has expanded her expertise into many aspects of the business. She now has quite a bit of experience and expansive knowledge in not only the resale market but online real estate, investment sales, foreclosure/bank owned, and new construction from the ground up. She has also become quite the expert to the ins and outs of the tricky condo & townhome sales and truly loves helping the first time home buyer realize their dream of owning a home. Her negotiation skills and ability to craft a beautiful offer for each of her different clients unique needs really make her stand out as the agent you want on your side!
While Kristi is originally from California and still a fan of USC & RAMS football she has lived in the Beaverton area for over 20 years now. Kristi believes highly in working hard and playing harder. When she isn't busy working or running between one of her 3 children's sports and activities she herself enjoys playing soccer, football, running, mountain biking, and any other adrenaline activity she can squeeze into a day. While she only started running a few years ago she has become a big marathon runner and is currently plotting an Ironman. Anyone who buys or sells a home with KK is invited to do an event with her and she buys your entry.... 5K walk or run, mud run, Tri, marathon, relay, other ideas? Not required of course but so much fun. She's ready for this adventure with you, call, text, or email her now!
Brianna is not looking to just be your Realtor, but also your friend. She understands just how stressful the process of buying or selling your home can be and she will be with you, supporting you, every step of the way. With almost 5 years of experience under her belt, Brianna has learned the ins and outs of the industry and is excited to tap into what Oregon has to offer.
Although she has spent the last 10 years living in both Miami and LA, Brianna grew up in a very small town in southern Maine. She says Oregon reminds her a lot of Maine, especially the people. “Everybody is just so nice here,” she says. “It’s so refreshing - reminds me of home”.
Having recently relocated to the area from Miami, Brianna’s focus is on meeting as many people in the community as possible and building her network to expand her circle. Being new gives her that extra drive to get out there and learn the landscape. Although she may not be as familiar with the local market as some others, she has the entire Soldera team behind her with years of expertise in the local market.
Brianna specializes in relocation because in her words, “I’m still learning the area myself, so it’s extra fun to be out with clients who are doing the same thing so we get to experience it and learn together.”
What she loves most about her job is getting to help people. Brianna has always been a giver and jumps at any opportunity to help others. Real estate is a perfect fit for her because she gets to help people every day. Her selflessness is what her clients admire about her most, and she will always put your needs first.
When she’s not working on real estate, Brianna loves anything related to health, fitness and staying active. Her friends call her the energizer bunny because she’s always on the go. When asked where she gets all her energy from she says “green tea lattes and yoga”.
She loves to give back to the community and get involved in any way possible. She does a lot of work with the Brian Grant Foundation which focuses on encouraging people with Parkinson’s to live healthy and active lifestyles, despite their disease.
If Brianna sounds like someone you’d like to work with, reach out to her today. She looks forward to hearing from you.

I have been in the business of helping people for over 20 years - real estate is my passion! I actively look for buyers daily, and work my network to bring a purchaser to the table. I have staging experience, and really enjoy helping you with a list of things to help your home be showroom-ready when we launch your listing. I am picky about my suite of marketing material. I like them to be beautiful and capture buyers’ attention and emotions, and pay extra to aggregate your listing to be seen by buyers all over the US, not just locally.

A native Oregonian who grew up in Milwaukie, attended PSU and the University of Oregon, lived on a houseboat on the Columbia River, restored a 1912 historic home in downtown Vancouver, and raised my own family in Sherwood and Tigard, I know the area well. I have spent extensive time in Central Oregon, as my parents lived in Sunriver year-round, and consider Sunriver and Disneyland to be my second homes.
Currently, my home is in Tigard as an empty nester with my triathlete husband who loves to climb Mt. Hood, and our slightly neurotic but sweet rescue dog Punkin, a Jack Russell/Border Collie/Whippet mix. Our Eagle Scout son is a film student with a business minor at Biola University. We all love the outdoors - camping, hiking, rafting, tennis, and golfing (even though I’m still working on distance). I also love landscaping and the garden, cooking, interior design, painting, card making, stamping, the smell of a campfire, and traveling. I love Seaside, Bend, Yosemite, and warm places for vacation, and I will travel almost anywhere; exotic and historical places hold a particular fascination for me!
My background prior to real estate encompasses experience from the wild world of broker trading, a personal assistant to corporate executives, growing up in a family of real estate developers (ahh, the smell of sawdust!) and principal broker/owners, and starting my own nutrition/wellness business that uniquely brings you a wealth and depth of experience of tech and marketing, organization, navigation, coordinating, negotiation, awareness, relationship building, and completing deals.
I would love to meet you and help you with all of your real estate needs. I’m never too busy for you or referrals and promise you 100% of my best effort. I look forward to meeting you!
I’m Cameron Frank, a broker with Soldera Properties. Whether it’s investing through stocks or through real estate, I have a niche for finding good deals; and coupled with my dedication, I offer my clients the attention and diligence necessary for excellent service. I also have experience working as a branch manager for a residential painting company and understand the sentimental value one has with their home. This provides a great baseline as an advisor to my clients on a variety of home services vendors.
I have lived and traveled to almost every part of the country and finally decided to settle down here in Oregon. Having been to just about every state in the country and to numerous countries outside the U.S. I am able to provide insight to my clients from a variety of origins. I am a former collegiate basketball athlete and a recent college graduate from the University of Iowa with honors holding a bachelor’s degree in finance.
When I’m not busy working for my clients, I enjoy going on adventures with my new puppy Yogi (a Bernese Mountain Dog). I’m into anything involving the outdoors and am a big fitness enthusiast. If I’m not working out or enjoying nature, I like to test local restaurants to find the true best cooking in Portland. When I’m not being active, I am a fanatic about the NBA and NFL rooting for D.C. sports.
My name is Lee Anderson and I’ve spent my career building a life of integrity and positivity in all that I do. I am a thirteen year military veteran. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to every part of the country and a couple of overseas locations. I am a native of Milwaukie, WI. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management.
My passion about Real estate and help others achieve the American Dream is the reason I chose a career as a Realtor. Working as a Realtor, I endeavor to connect people and properties at the most affordable cost possible. Additionally, get maximum value when they sell. What sets me apart from so many in the field is my unflappable dedication to integrity and ethics; I have a strong sense of disciple and camaraderie.
When I’m not working with my Real Estate clients, I am training clients as a Certified Personal Trainer, spending time with my family, working out or golfing.
My name is Kenzie Carroll. My career has taken time to find, and it is solely because I need to love it. There needs to be passion, drive, obstacles, and rewards. But after earning my bachelor’s degree in Criminology via Portland State University, I realized that while my drive to serve others grew, my interest in how to serve had changed: I wanted to focus on a personal level for the attainable, the desirable, and the achievable - and I wanted to be the driving force to help individuals and families get there. I truly could not be more excited to be a full time licensed real estate agent.
When I’m not on the search for the next perfect home for you and your family, I am usually trail running with my dog, trying to find just a little bit of sun, or surrounding myself with inspiring and motivating people. Under the NPPG team, I am so excited for the opportunity to discover, reach, and attain what people and families need to grow and thrive, and I couldn’t be more excited.
See you out there!
